These Iso-Integral exercises have been developed by Greensufi. Many people have already been effectively healed by them. These simple yet powerful exercises are based on close observation of the body and its energies. The exercises serve to ease the tensions that can accumulate in certain areas of the body, to relax the body, to prevent further degradation and discomfort, and to allow a person to gain a greater understanding of their own body by working with it directly and daily.
