These Iso-Integral exercises have been developed by Greensufi. Many people have already been effectively healed by them. Greensufi comes from an ancient shamanic background in central Asia and has combined his understandings with an esoteric Indian Yoga based on energetics and Fohat (Fire-mist) stimulation in each one of us. These simple yet powerful exercises are based on close observation of the body and its energies. The exercises serve to ease the tensions that can accumulate in certain areas of the body, to relax the body, to prevent further degradation and discomfort, and to allow a person to gain a greater understanding of their own body by working with it directly and daily.
